- Nutty fragrance with an aroma of dark chocolate, flavors of caramel and fudge brownie with a nutty aftertaste and a clean mild citrus acidity. The mouthfeel is creamy with a medium body.
- Medium to dark is where this coffee shines. On the lighter side of a medium roast we still get nuance from the mild acidity. Darker roasts will accentuate the chocolate brownie notes.

The farm is located near San Sebastián de Yalí in the Jinotega department of Nicaragua. The 12 hectare farm is separated into 3 lots with Pacas, Caturra and Parainema cultivars being grown.
