  • Milk Chocolate fragrance and aroma. Notes of milk chocolate, caramel, hazelnut, aftertaste of cherry and nougat, mild citrus acidity, creamy medium body.
  • This washed coffee from Jericó, Colombia is versatile and holds up on its own and makes a great component in blends for espresso, filter or cold brew. We prefer a solid medium roast for peak sweetness from this coffee (between Agtron 60 and 80).

Our partner Daniel, founder of Campesino, set-up shop in Jericó in 2016 and we began our working relationship shortly after. Through the work of Daniel and his team, Campesino is able to provide a new option to the farmers to sell their coffee at higher prices, rewarding the hard work and attention to detail that is necessary to produce amazing coffees. Daniel also facilitates our direct relationships with growers in Jericó and provides micro-loans for infrastructure projects, cupping analysis and frequent farm visits.
