  • Chocolate fragrance, aroma of brown sugar and vanilla. Notes of caramel, honey, red apple with an aftertaste of pear, orange blossom and milk chocolate. Mild but clear green apple acidity, medium bodied with a milky mouthfeel.
  • A very versatile coffee! Medium roasts seem to be where this coffee shines with a very sugary sweetness and mellow acidity. The coffee also holds heat well into darker roasts for more chocolate and brown spices. A great single origin or a solid blend component.

Surprised

This was surprising to me. I was expecting it to be very good. Turns out it has a very rich chocolate and caramel taste, with a sort of fruity aroma. I just roasted it two days ago and plan on trying again in a few days, but I can tell y'all it is going to be a satisfying cup. Only 4 stars because I know the shipping might get me on reorder if I do.
Thank you and God Bless.

Hello Richard, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We have been loving that coffee at a light/medium roast about 7 days after roasting.
