  • Fragrance of pineapple, aroma of tropical fruits, flavors of black cherry, green apple and red wine with an aftertaste of tamarind and pineapple. Bright green apple acidity and a heavy body with syrupy mouthfeel.
  • This anaerobic coffee has a wide range of flavors. We recommend roasting to a medium light roast for a cup with lively acidity. For more syrupy profiles and brewing as espresso, we suggest trying a medium medium roast for maximum sweetness and fruit notes with a muted acidity.
