  • Fragrance of chocolate and grapefruit on aroma, notes of brown sugar, cola, grapefruit with an aftertaste of cinnamon and red wine. Medium acidity like limes and grapefruit with a medium body and creamy mouthfeel.
  • The coffees from Kibingo are all very versatile. You really cannot go wrong roasting this coffee. Light-medium roasts (about 85 to 100 Agtron) accentuate the citrus acidity while solid medium (75 to 85 Agtron) to medium-dark roasts (about 65 Agtron) show more of the brown sugar and cola characteristics with spice notes coming through more prevalent at the darker end of that.

Delicious!

Aeropress 6-20-23 - lots of lime acidity! too much for espresso. another great coffee. I would go darker for espresso for sure. notes on the website are accurate.
