  • Cherry and black currant in fragrance and aroma, dark fruit flavors of blackberry and black cherry with an aftertaste of dark chocolate and vanilla. Medium citric and malic acidity with a heavy body and syrupy mouthfeel.
  • This coffee works best as a light roast, where the fruity notes and syrupy body can be highlighted. At darker roasts, the coffee will have a heavy body but fruit notes will fade and notes of dark chocolate will become more prevalent.
