  • Floral fragrance, aroma of stone fruits, flavor of rose, peach, guava and nutmeg with a very clean and fresh aftertaste of dried strawberry, soft sweet citrus acidity and a medium bodied silky mouthfeel.
  • This coffee has a lot of delicate nuance to it that will shine best in the range of light roasts. Medium roasts will lose much of the floral notes and present a clean and sweet cup. Note the high density and relatively average bean size when approaching the roast.
