Introduced to specialty coffee from my brother and business partner many years ago, I jumped into coffee professionally in 2020. Since then I've fallen in love with visiting the beautiful places where coffee is grown and meeting the amazing people that facilitate this incredible industry.  I prefer americanos when out at a cafe or brewing pour overs with my Gabi brewer at home. I'll always lean towards a complex washed coffee.
