    We provide green coffee and share our experience with roasting coffee, but we do not roast coffee to sell. We do roast samples to be cupped and we can provide roasted samples for your wholesale inquiries.

    Store your green coffee in a cool environment that has stable humidity. Your kitchen cabinet should be an ideal place to store your coffee.

    Avoid storing in direct sunlight or in the garage or someplace where the bags could condensate.

    We do not roast coffee at Hacea, however we do have many years of experience roasting coffee. All of our in-house roasting is on sample roasters, but we do have access to other roast profiles. Contact us to discuss specific roasting needs and we would be happy to help out!

    Yes. We will gladly receive any green coffee samples and provide cupping feedback on it. Please get in touch with us at connect@haceacoffee.com before shipping any samples.

    Online Orders

    Immediately contact us with your order number at connect@haceacoffee.com with any questions about your order.

    We package your green coffee in compostable bags that are heat sealed to minimize exposure to oxygen.

    The Hacea Roaster Spotlight brings attention to some incredible work by our roasting partners

    Hacea Coffee Source will not be roasting or shipping this coffee. All orders will be forwarded to Naysayer Coffee Roasters so that your coffee can be roasted fresh and shipped directly to you by our collaborative partner. 

    Hacea Coffee Source does not profit from this collaborative program. This effort is entirely to promote our roasting partners.

    Each coffee will be roasted to order! 

    Orders placed between the 1st and the 15th day of the month will be roasted and shipped within 3 business days after the 15th day

    Orders placed between the 16th and the last day of the month will be roasted and shipped within 3 business days after the last day of the month. 


    Because of the weight-dense nature of green coffee, USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate mailers are often the most economical method to ship small to medium sized orders. Below is a breakdown of shipping costs by weight increment.

    1 to 4 pounds - $8.00

    5 to 12 pounds - $13.75

    13 to 16 pounds - $19.30

    We also offer variable shipping rates that factor in your location and total order weight. These rates can often be less expensive for our more local customers.

    At this time, we are only offering shipping within the U.S. If you would like to place an order, but need to ship it outside of the U.S. please contact us via email at connect@haceacoffee.com.

    Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information and a link to track your order.
