  • Lemon blossom and black pepper fragrance followed by the aroma of goldenberry. Flavors of mango, lemon and floral with a sweet lingering aftertaste of matcha, raw cocoa, watermelon and white grape. Mild to bright acidity of citric and malic acids with a juicy mouthfeel and medium body. .
  • This is a very versatile coffee. We love keeping this coffee from Aricha at a light roast (about 95 to 105 Agtron) to maintain those delicate fruit and floral notes. At medium roasts (about 75 to 85 Agtron) the sweetness and tea notes tend to shine through with a bittersweet profile.


As part of the quality control process, fresh cherries are floated in water to separate lower qualities before depulping. Traditional disc pulpers are used and the coffee is allowed at least 24 hours to ferment before being fully washed and set to dry on raised beds for 10-12 days on average.
