  • Fragrance and aroma of rose and pomegranate with a sweet up front flavor of vanilla and white cake. Unique aftertaste of banana and milk chocolate with a mild acidity and a soft, coating mouthfeel and heavy body.
  • To best pull out the delicate floral notes in the fragrance and finish, we recommend a light roast. High heat application and a higher charge temperature will bring out the tropical fruit character in the coffee.

It is believed that it was named after the big and tall trees that were planted across the area. The coffees are grown under shade from Grevillea trees.
