- Fragrance and aroma of milk chocolate and raspberry with very sweet notes of chocolate and cream and an aftertaste of red apple and honey. Mild malic acidity with a smooth, creamy mouthfeel and medium body.
- An excellent coffee to roast at any level. Lighter roast levels will highlight the notes of sweet whipped cream and mild acidity. As the roast is extended, more chocolate notes with heavier body and hints of spice will become more pronounced.

Luciana Valias worked as a trained psychologist until 12 years ago, when she took over Fazenda Nossa Senhora from her father. With her love of learning and a good challenge, Luciana dove deep into coffee agronomy. Through her leadership, Nossa Senhora thrived and won numerous awards for quality.
Since she was a child, Luciana carefully observed the care that her grandfather and father took with the fields to maintain the quality of the coffee that were harvested from the fazenda.
