  • Fragrance and aroma of grape and bakers chocolate. Notes of dark chocolate, almond and blackberry with an aftertaste of lime, raisin and dark fruit. Medium citric and lactic acidity with a medium-heavy body like whipped cream.
  • Like many natural processed Brazilian coffee, low and slow is our preferred approach. Light-medium roast levels will highlight the sweet whipped cream character and develop the dark fruit notes while pushing into medium-dark roasts will emphasize the dark chocolate notes.
