  • Fragrance and aroma of black cherry and cola with notes of milk chocolate, orange blossom and rooibos tea. Aftertaste of raisin, dried fig and red grape with a mild malic acidity and a smooth, creamy mouthfeel.
  • For natural processed coffees, we recommend starting with a lower charge temperature in order to heat the bean evenly and avoid any roast defects. At a lighter roast, this coffee will have soft florals of orange blossom and rooibos tea. With more development, the dried fruit sweetness and chocolate character will come out.

Finca Santa Ana primarily cultivates Bourbon, Catuai, and Pache varieties. Each cherry is handpicked with care by skilled team members who ensure the plants remain healthy for future harvests.
