  • Fragrance and aroma of cherry and tropical fruit, intense flavor notes of red fruits, blueberry and currant with an aftertaste of pineapple, tropical fruits and white grape. Bright citric and malic acid with a heavy body and syrupy mouthfeel.
  • This anaerobic coffee has a wide range of flavors. We recommend roasting to a medium-light roast for a cup with lively acidity (about 95 Agtron). For more syrupy profiles and brewing as espresso, we suggest trying a medium-medium roast for maximum sweetness and fruit notes with a more muted acidity (about 75 to 85 Agtron).
