  • Floral and cherry noted in fragrance and aroma. Initial flavors of cherry, dark chocolate and strawberry and rose with an aftertaste of milk chocolate, chamomile and green grape. Mild and complex acidity with citric and malic acid noted. Heavy body and syrupy mouthfeel.
  • This coffee has a lot of delicate notes that will shine best in the range of light roasts (about 90 to 110 Agtron). Medium roasts will lose much of the floral notes and present a clean and sweet cup
