  • Sweet fragrance and aroma of panela, notes of sweetened black tea with an herbal finish, lime acidity, medium/heavy body with a soft creamy mouthfeel. Overall balanced and unique.
  • We feel that this coffee really shines for its sweetness and so performs best between a light-medium roast and a dark-medium roast. While the lime acidity is really nice, it does tend to disappear at deeper medium roast levels.

Yummy Coffee!
Notes based on this roast -
Yummy fragrance and aroma. Tasted good. Sweat black tea, herbal, sweet lime. Espresso, I am really interested in how it's going to taste.
