  • Fragrance and aroma of dark chocolate, plum and whipped cream. Notes of elderberry, white grape and browned butter with an aftertaste of dark chocolate, nougat and chardonnay. Medium malic and citric acidity with a medium body and soft, smooth mouthfeel.
  • Armando’s coffee tastes amazing in just about every which way. At light roasts those delicate flavors and aftertaste are maintained while at medium roasts the chocolates and dark fruits come forward, still maintaining that buttery mouthfeel. Darker roasts will mute much of the nuance but you are sure for a sweet cup!

The land receives 60-70 inches of water every year, and has a natural water spring on the small 2 hectare farm located in the Sierra de los Cuchmatanes.
