  • Intense fragrance and aroma of lavender and baking spices. Up front notes of pink lemonade, lavender and chocolate with a sweet aftertaste that is full of florals, chamomile and lemongrass. Bright citric and malic acidity with a medium body and creamy mouthfeel.
  • The seeds are quite large for the sidra variety. We recommend approaching with gentle energy and finishing the roast light to light-medium (about 110 to 95 Agtron) to keep all of the florals and bright acidity intact.
