Comprehensive Coffee Training - December 14th (Anaheim California)

Looking to take your coffee training to the next level? Come spend your day with us learning and discussing coffee tasting, brewing and roasting!

By signing up for the Comprehensive Coffee Training course, you will be enrolled into 3 different training classes to be hosted on the same day:

  1. Coffee Tasting 101
  2. Coffee Brewing 101
  3. Coffee Roasting 101

There will be approximately 30 minute breaks between each class. Lunch will be provided for anyone who signs up for all three courses.

The full day will begin at 9:00am with the final course ending at 2:30pm.

We are centrally located in Orange County and easily accessible by the 91 freeway from the Los Angeles and Inland Empire areas.

Saturday, December 14th at 9:00AM sharp

What to bring?
Just bring yourself and a notepad to take any notes.

How much?
$180 which includes the following: 

  • Coffee Tasting 101, Coffee Brewing 101 and Coffee Roasting 101 classes
  • One cupping spoon to take home
  • One bag of freshly roasted coffee from one of our roasting partners for you to enjoy at home
  • Two different 500g bags of green coffee to roast at home
  • One sachet of Third Wave Water Classic Profile 
  • Lunch on us (to be served between Coffee Brewing 101 and Coffee Roasting 101 classes.

Highly Recommend This Course

I truly truly enjoyed the Comprehensive Coffee Training with Jared. I've learned so much and am very inspired to make better coffee. Jared is so knowledgeable and passionate about his craft. If he has any more advance training, I will definitely sign up for it. I have recommended the training to other people.

Highly recommend doing all three classes

My wife and I had a great time with all three classes (tasting, brewing, and roasting)! I have been into coffee roasting as a hobby for about 4 years before this and had never taken a formal class on anything coffee related. These classes not only taught me a lot more than I could learn on my own, but also validated many of the things that I have been doing based on my own research. Tasting was our favorite, I think because it was the most hands-on. Brewing was the runner-up, but maybe could have been a tad more hands-on. Roasting was informative and gave me the most validation with techniques that I use. However, the example of roasting on the Behmor was pretty specific to that roaster and only seemed to be a general view at what roasting is. The roasting class was not setup for someone wanting to gain hands-on roasting experience. Overall, a VERY good value for the money! Jared was very thorough and does great with answering questions to satisfaction.

We will also consider your suggestions to give more opportunity for hands on learning in the brewing and roasting classes.
