  • Fragrance and aroma of dark chocolate, florals and hazelnut. Notes of chamomile and milk chocolate with an aftertaste of citrus fruits and hazelnut. Marshmallow-like sweetness, medium-bright citric and lactic acidity with a medium body and creamy mouthfeel.
  • To best pull out the delicate floral notes in the fragrance and finish, we recommend a light roast. High heat application and a higher charge temperature will bring out the complex citrus character in the coffee.

Finca Santa Ana primarily cultivates Bourbon, Catuai, and Pache varieties. Each cherry is handpicked with care by skilled team members who ensure the plants remain healthy for future harvests.
