We've partnered up with the team at Swiss Water for our next Roasting Championship!
Each entry pack will include both a conventional and decaffeinated version of the same exact natural processed coffee from the Muhororo Washing Station in Rwanda. Participants will roast each separately (conventional and decaffeinated) and submit samples for judging. Our judges will blend each entry to a 50%-50% blend ratio to create a half-caff blend which will be tasted and scored. This is a great opportunity to taste the same coffee both conventional and decaffeinated side by side!

This competition is open to everyone, from home hobby roasters to large professional roasters. Entries are per person, not per company.
Entry packs will include equal amounts of each coffee (ie. for the "2kg Entry Pack", roasters will receive 2kg of conventional Rwanda natural and 2kg of decaffeinated Rwanda natural).
All roasted entries must be received by Monday, July 13th and include the original order number from the entry pack purchase. Winners will be announced in a live online event on Friday, July 17th.
