  • Fragrance and aroma of blackberry, black cherry and strawberry jam. Notes of black currant and strawberry followed by an aftertaste of blood orange and cocoa powder with a cooked fruit sweetness. Bright malic and citric acidity with a medium-heavy body and syrupy mouthfeel.
  • The coffees from Kibingo are all very versatile. Light-medium roasts (about 85 to 100 Agtron) accentuate the bright citrus acidity and unique fruit notes while solid medium roasts (about 75 to 85 Agtron) show more of the vanilla and chocolate characteristics.
