  • Fragrance and aroma of cocoa and florals with notes of strawberry and milk chocolate with a sweet aftertaste of vanilla, lime and florals. Medium citric acidity with a juicy mouthfeel and medium body.
  • These seeds from Hambela are quite dense and small meaning they will take some energy up front to get roasting but once momentum picks up they will start to roast very quickly towards the end of the roast. This coffee has a really nice juicy acidity which we find best kept in the light to light-medium range (about 105 to 85 Agtron).
