  • Fragrance and aroma of blackberry, blueberry and dark chocolate. Flavor notes of blueberry and dark chocolate with an aftertaste of pomegranate and rose. Medium acidity of citric and malic acid with a medium body and coating mouthfeel.
  • This is a classic expression of the natural process profile from Yirgacheffe with a lot of berry notes. We find ourselves enjoying this specific coffee in the light-medium to medium roast range (about 95 to 85 Agtron) to bring out most of the fruity notes as well as the complimentary dark chocolate character. At medium roasts (about 75 to 85 Agtron) the sweetness and dark chocolate notes tend to shine through with a fruity, bittersweet profile.
