  • Fragrance and aroma of cocoa, green apple and vanilla. Notes of dark chocolate, green grape and apple with an aftertaste of pomegranate and pear. Bright citric and malic acidity with a browned butter sweetness and milky, medium body.
  • Armando’s coffee tastes amazing in just about every which way. At light roasts those delicate flavors and aftertaste are maintained while at medium roasts the chocolates and dark fruits come forward, still maintaining that buttery mouthfeel. Darker roasts will mute much of the nuance but you are sure for a sweet cup! Check out our Roast Approach on this coffee here.

The land receives 60-70 inches of water every year, and has a natural water spring on the small 2 hectare farm located in the Sierra de los Cuchmatanes.
