  • Fragrance and aroma of pineapple, cocoa, rum and dark fruits. Notes of dark chocolate, vanilla, and black cherry with an aftertaste of dark fruits. Medium malic and acetic acidity with a heavy body and syrupy mouthfeel.
  • This anaerobic coffee has a wide range of flavors. We recommend roasting to a medium-light roast for a cup with lively acidity (about 95 Agtron). For more syrupy profiles and brewing as espresso, we suggest trying a medium-medium roast for maximum sweetness and fruit notes with a more muted acidity (about 75 to 85 Agtron).
