  • Fragrance and aroma of brown sugar, dark chocolate, fresh cedar. Notes of cabernet sauvignon and dark chocolate with an aftertaste of grapefruit, florals and tannins. Medium malic, citric and lactic acidity. Medium body with creamy mouthfeel.
  • This coffee has a lot of delicate notes that will shine best in the range of light roasts (about 90 to 110 Agtron). Medium roasts will lose much of the floral notes and present a clean and sweet cup. You can read our Roast Approach blog on how to roast the 2025 Rwanda Nyamasheke Muhororo Washed coffee here.
