  • Sweet fragrance and aroma of cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla. Deep flavor of milk chocolate, syrah wine and nutmeg with an aftertaste of lemon blossom, peach and jasmine. Complex and bright acidity with citric, malic and lactic acidity noted. Creamy mouthfeel and medium body.
  • This is a complex cup with a wide range of flavors. The lactic and citric acid is very pleasant at lighter roasts (about 95 to 105 Agtron) while the sweet and spice notes will show strongest in the medium roast range (about 75 to 85 Agtron).

Creamy and full of falvors

This is a very versatile variety. Light, Med, Dark all came out great! Husband said the roast roast for espresso was the best he ever had. I enjoy the lighter roast for my pour overs. The darker roast does not have the acidity taste. I love it and bought the 2kg bag. I think this would be a staple for me.

So glad you enjoyed it, Vanessa!

We had a lot of fun tasting light and dark roasts of this coffee for our roasting competition too.
