I took all three classes and each one was super insightful and covered the entire process of how coffee is made, starting from bean (seed) all the way to it becoming our morning (or afternoon or evening) drink. Jared went through each process including the sourcing, farming, picking, harvesting, cupping, tasting, roasting and brewing processes and he demonstrated how each one plays a vital part. I truly learned how any minor change or difference in any of these processes can influence the outcome of the coffee. I really enjoyed learning all of this and took a lot from the course. I highly recommend! 10/10
