  • Nutty fragrance with an aroma of dark chocolate, flavors of caramel and fudge brownie with a nutty aftertaste and a clean mild citrus acidity. The mouthfeel is creamy with a medium body.
  • Medium to dark is where this coffee shines. On the lighter side of a medium roast we still get nuance from the mild acidity. Darker roasts will accentuate the chocolate brownie notes.

Delicious!

Exactly as described. Roasts and brews consistently. I was impressed with how good the beans smell even when they're still green. Much more "chocolatey", less "vegetabley", than the ones I used to get from Sweet Maria's.

Thanks for sharing your feedback, Max!

If you enjoyed this coffee you would likely really enjoy the coffees we are carrying from Guatemala. Take a look at Jauja from Antigua and the Asodiett coop. from Huehuetenango.

Yum!

Great coffee and espresso bean if you like your coffee on the medium dark side to get those beautiful notes for chocolate and brownie.
